Kimberly (Kim) Wild has a passion for helping others. Whether it's teaching children and adults the many different areas of dance, serving on boards or volunteering in community events, Kim is there. For twenty-six years The Wild family lived in the Caribbean, and during this time Kim was a dance educator and instructor as well as served many roles in administering a small non-profit arts school with the last nine years as executive director. In 2021 the choice to move stateside became an important pivotal decision; not only on a personal level, but it became clear that a career change was inevitable. The best decision the Wild's made was finding a wonderful place to call home in the Yulee area of Florida. The next best decision was for Kim to go back to school and study real estate, which is one more creative outlet that she has embraced. Family means everything to her. A safe and comfortable home creates the necessary environment for families to thrive. Her passion for helping others comes in different packages, and finding people their peace in home buying is something she looks forward to helping them achieve. Kim believes in giving back to her community and serves on the Arts and Culture Nassau board, which serves as a liaison for all non-profit arts/culture organizations in the county to city and county commissioners. Additionally, she volunteers at the local Theater Company and will be teaching a few dance classes at the YMCA. She delights in sharing what the beautiful Florida area lifestyle has to offer her clients with her local knowledge and expertise, which include a multitude of outdoor activities offering gorgeous nature trails for walking, hiking, and biking in addition to the wonderful beaches, boating and golf and the history of the area along with wonderful dining and unique arts related events, concerts, festivals and fairs and activities for everyone.
